Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any marketing or any business-related course

  • Preferably with experience in B2B client presentation and is able to do negotiation on behalf of the company

  •  Must be resourceful in client hunting, data gathering on the client's requirements, and keeping communications open between the client and the company.

  • A multi-tasker, organized, and polite to clients even when working under pressure.

  • Has the ability to set up meeting with the company management for the final assessment of the partnership between the client and the company.

  • Can work long hours if needed

  • Can work late past 10 pm if the client required a meeting due to timezone differences

  • A diligent worker yet very dynamic to the call of the company's requirements.

  • Willing to attend summits, expos, conferences, business, and meetings domestically and possibly abroad.

  •  Ability to adopt new tasks, and can liaise with different departments in the company

Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with foreign remote CS agents
     

  • Evaluating the performance of each CS and TL in a weekly and monthly basis through KPI
     

  • Reporting urgent issues and requirements of the remote CS to management and the CEO
     

  • Making sure that the remote CS team is performing at its best and that the 24/7 operations is working accordingly
     

  • Liaising with different company departments for the improvement of the outsourcing service of the company
     

  • Assisting the Operations Manager in implementation of the operational work flow
     

  • Additional tasks may be added when on board.

Data Analysts

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in data analysis

  • Must be computer literate (MS office applications, gdrvie, advanced excel knowledge)

  • Shift Rotate (Shift time: 0600~1400, 1400~2200, 2200~0600)

  • Willing to work including holidays

  • Work shifts: 8 hours (2 rest days per week)

 Responsibilities:

  • Operating Company’s backend with confidence.

  • Ensuring that the customer’s request will be processed accordingly and in a timely manner.

  • Encoding and making sure that all transactions are tallied with all requests.

  • Communicating with the clients, partners and customers.

  • Keeping the transaction records in the company’s database storage for future references

  • Doing research and reports for operations improvements.

  • Reporting to Team Leader or Manager on irregularities, system failure, backend or system maintenance schedules, and etc.

Qualifications:
