With working experience in handling company financial records with multiple accounts, as well as with purchasing, invoice preparation and settlement procedures.

An individual who can deliver what the organization required to him/her in financial aspects in a timely manner

A person who can generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on the financial statistics and analysis and can bring recommendations for improvements of the process.

Graduate of any marketing or any business-related course

Preferably with experience in B2B client presentation and is able to do negotiation on behalf of the company

Must be resourceful in client hunting, data gathering on the client's requirements, and keeping communications open between the client and the company.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with foreign remote CS agents

Evaluating the performance of each CS and TL in a weekly and monthly basis through KPI
-
Reporting urgent issues and requirements of the remote CS to management and the CEO

Making sure that the remote CS team is performing at its best and that the 24/7 operations is working accordingly
-
Liaising with different company departments for the improvement of the outsourcing service of the company
-
Assisting the Operations Manager in implementation of the operational work flow
